+What happens if I am not at the indicated delivery location when the delivery company brings the package to me?

Your postal company will leave a notice paper in your mailbox and the next day you will be able to pick it up at the nearest post office indicated on the same paper.

+What happens if I don't pick up the package on time?

If the package is not picked up within the deadline set by the shipping agency, a charge of 25 euros will be applied to cover the cost of return shipping and handling of the package. This charge will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded in case of return. This measure is covered by the Transport Contract Law (Law 15/2009), which regulates the obligations of the carrier and the consignee.

+What if I received a refund for my order, but now I want to buy the same shoes again?

We understand that you want to buy our shoes again. Once we have received and processed your return, you can place a new order just like any other customer.

+What happens if my order is overdue and has not arrived?

In the exceptional case that the order does not arrive within 50-55 working days the customer can let us know by email and our financial team will refund the total amount paid or, if the customer prefers, we will resend the order(s) at no extra cost.
